Graduated as a Lawyer in 2005, Carlos dabbled in Real Estate since 2008, focused on details and passionate about his work, he has experience  also  in business administration, photography, videography and digital content creation for many years. Carlos has a vocation for customer service and he is relentless during negotiation, all in order to provide his clients the best results. During the last few years Carlos performed as Operations Manager of a large Construction Company, which has allowed him to accumulate valuable knowledge and inputs about construction and extremely useful details, especially in this real estate business.

Jasson Grant

My experience in Real Estate started in 2005 when I was hired, when I was studying the third year of my major in Law, to be part of the Re/Max office in San Juan del Sur in its Leon Subsidiary. The Real Estate market I was: Beach properties, Farms and mainly colonial houses, as well as residential beach projects.
Between 2004 and 2014 I gained more experience in Development Project Management, as well as Marketing campaigns, visibility strategies and continuous improvement in daily execution in several Real Estate companies.
Between 2004 and 2008 I had some experiential learning in the application and effective implementation of laws.
Between 2008 and 2010 I developed a very important project in the Tourism industry in Nicaragua. I was in charge of recruitment and training of our team, as well as the development and execution of the Strategic Plan. We entrepreneured in a new way to do business, through the implementation of sustainable construction. I was also responsible for supervising the construction plan on daily basis.
Between 2010 and 2014 I worked for Spectrum Nicaragua. My main responsabilities included follow up, reporting and continuous improvement of the activities and processes of the project. My main network were investors.
In 2012 I studied Project Management and Development, to complement my experience.
Between 2015 and 2018 I became a Sales Coordinator. Focused on the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events for Real Estate Projects.
In 2018 I joined KW, a new family with whom I share the same values and principles, a great passion to serve the clients and a continuous pursue to satisfy the need of investors, for a new home, a property to develop or a commercial area.
My great passion is to focus on sustainable projects, from looking for a property to develop them and support in its development from its start up, to being the facilitator in everything needed from suppliers for this type of projects and legal ecofriendly aspects.
